The GM 1470 Multi-Task Turn-Mill Machining Center from Fulland

Spindle head swivels ±120°. A special inverted-T column support design provides axial and radial support, thereby increasing machine rigidity, headstock stability, and machining accuracy at high travel speeds. High-sensitivity linear scales ensure optimal positioning and repeatability. Roller-type linear guides ensure rigidity during heavy machining and high-speed travel: GM 1 – 4 roller guides. A monolithic cast iron base provides rigid support for maximum dynamic accuracy. A scraped contact surface between the column and bed ensures assembly accuracy, structural rigidity, and load balance.
