High-Performance Vertical Machining Center GLG Series

GLG is a series of high-speed, high-precision vertical machining centers with roller guideways.

The GLG series of machining centers is distinguished by their robust (calculated using finite element analysis), rigid design and integrated roller guideways. Recirculating rolling elements between the rail and carriage ensure high linear motion accuracy. Compared to traditional sliding, the friction coefficient for a roller guideway is only 1/50th. Due to the forced movement of the carriage, the roller guideway can withstand loads in both the horizontal and vertical directions. These features enable the roller guideways to achieve high movement accuracy, especially with high-precision ball screws, as well as high speeds of up to 40,000 mm/min (idle).
