KTM-STM-040 Stainless Steel Pipe Production Lines
The presented process and production equipment were developed by the South Korean company KTM TECH, incorporating the latest technologies and building on years of manufacturing and supply experience worldwide, to ensure efficient productivity and high product quality.
The line is configured to enable continuous pipe production using a continuous welding system.
The pipe production process consists of:
- Double uncoiler - Forming section - Seam guide - Welding section - Burr trimming - Roller rolling - Calibration section No. 1 - Four-roller calibration stand - Calibration section No. 2 - Cutting machine - Output roller table
