GT-45V Series High-Speed Double-Column Machining Center
The updated machine structure significantly enhances strength, stability, accuracy, and speed capabilities.
All structural parts are cast iron, heat-treated, and normalized to increase accuracy and extend service life.
The X, Y, and Z-axis ball screws with ball-bearing linear guides provide high rigidity and dynamic precision under heavy loads.
The X, Y, and Z-axis feeds are controlled by German Bosch Rexroth linear drives, achieving cutting feeds and rapid traverses of up to 60 m/min for the three axes.
The machine's enclosed workspace is equipped with a highly efficient cooling system, maintaining a constant workspace temperature and thereby ensuring machining accuracy.
Linear scales integrated into the linear guides ensure superior accuracy at high machining speeds.
Two types of sleeve spindles are available: S36E – 36,000 rpm or S50K – 50,000 rpm
