The optimal machine design was developed by the company's excellent and experienced team of engineers. Structural strength is guaranteed using a finite element model and ANSYS software. After assembly, the machine undergoes kinematic and geometric testing using precision instrumentation. This series meets the requirements of 3-C products (home appliances, communications, and computers), as well as complex parts and injection molds in the automotive and aerospace industries.

The Y-axis guide is located at the top of the crosshead to reduce the distance between the spindle head and the guide itself.
The ram is supported by special patented ball-bearing linear guides, increasing cutting capacity by 25%.
Box-type ram structure.
The head of this machine features a hydraulic balancing device for more precise positioning and faster movements.
Unique, robust cast column.
Under heavy-duty machining, the distance between the column guides and the Z-axis is 190 mm.
Auger-type chip removal system on both sides of the table prevents thermal deformation.
Two-speed gearbox.
The spindle features thermal compensation and thermal expansion of no more than 0.25 mm.
