This series is designed for surface grinding of one side of a workpiece at a time for each table load.

The rotary table operates on a large grinding wheel, which is thoroughly lubricated by an oil pan. It is equipped with an electromagnetic chuck with circular poles.
Access to the work table is unique; the large open space ensures easy and safe loading and unloading. The fixed-center work table guarantees initial accuracy throughout the machine's life. A sliding table can be optionally installed for specific machining requirements.
The spindle head has an extremely rigid design with precision bearings that are properly preloaded. The segment grinding wheel is located directly on the bottom edge. An annular grinding wheel is available as an option if needed.
The column is equipped with large V-shaped and flat guides, completely protected from dust and coolant by a sliding metal guard. The wheel can be powered manually or electrically. Precision ball screws provide excellent feed response, allowing for controlled, small feed increments.
Optionally, a PLC or CNC control unit can be selected for the vertical axis with servo drives, with transmission via precision ball screws.
A segment grinding wheel or ring grinding wheel holder is included as standard.
