JHC-12BN/12H/12S Centerless Grinding Machines without CNC

The grinding wheel spindle operates on hydrostatic bearings, extending tool life and improving accuracy under heavy loads.
The lower slide is equipped with a heavy-duty bearing, a precision linear motion system (sliding system), and a C3-class ball screw.
The upper slide is equipped with a heavy-duty linear motion system and a C3-class ball screw with precise adjustment and positioning down to 0.001 mm.
The machine frame is designed for both conventional and CNC machines. The dual feed axis and dual ram design are easily integrated with automated and computerized numerical control (CNC) systems. This eliminates the disadvantages of the previous single feed axis when equipped with CNC and automated control systems.
