The Mekhanit casting used for the machine's foundation is designed to reduce vibration. The machine base also provides stable support for the grinding wheel and adjusting wheel accessories, providing a solid foundation for the machine's precision.

Both the grinding and drive wheel spindles are made of NI-CR-MO alloy steel that is normalized, carbonized, hardened, and ground.

A double V-shaped guide with optimal clearance for the drive wheel assembly ensures smooth movement and stable grinding.

The drive wheel uses a servo motor, providing infinitely variable speed control. A belt drive system is also used for the adjusting wheel to reduce vibration and noise compared to a conventional chain system.
